• To purchase the packs, dial *117#
• Minutes, Data & SMS to be credited to a dedicated account different from your main wallet
• The packs will be valid as follows: 
  • Daily pack will be valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase
  • Weekly packs to be valid for 7 days  
  • Monthly packs to be valid for 30 days from the time of purchase
• All Mixo Mixo packs can be used as follows : 
  • Voice minutes can be used for MTN to MTN calls or MTN to Other Networks countrywide. 
  • All SMS will be used for All Networks
• Where a customer buys more than one Mixo Mixo pack, the daily pack will be used first, followed by weekly and then monthly pack respectively.
• For Bundles with a Streaming* data allocation, only Netflix and YouTube apply.
•  Pay-phones, Postpaid, Hybrid customers, shortcodes, voice mail, call forwarding, and CUG (Closed User Group) are not eligible
• Mixo Mixo Packs value can only be used to call within Zambia to numbers within Zambia
• In the event a customer has an active Data bundle and Mixo Mixo Pack, the Mixo Mixo data will be depleted first
• Mixo minutes will be billed per minute for allnet calls and billed per 30 seconds for onnet calls for the first 50% of the bundle. The last 50% will be billed per second for both onnet and offnet calls.
• The availability of the Mixo Mixo service is subject to the availability of the general network service and is not exempt from any system unavailability, malfunction or any other unforeseen technical complication that may be experienced on the network
• Customers are advised to refer to general terms and conditions for the usage of the MTN Zambia Mobile service which are hereby incorporated by implication.
• MTN Zambia Reserves the right to adjust Mixo Mixo rates and benefits
